DAY 1 Arrival to Addis Ababa welcomed by L`Arada Ethiopian
tour representative Flight to Mekelle ; located between the
Dallol Danakil Depression in the east and the Simien Mountains
in the southwest After short break Drive to Ahmedila on the
way visit the Afar village over the escarpment of the Great
Rift Valley system to the western highland and caravan
merchants with the beautiful sun set and Overnight at Ahmedila
(camping)
Day 2 : Early in the morning Visit the Danakil depression
Dallol the lowest spot on earth’s surface not covered by
water. (-116 below sea level) enjoy the spectacular view and
small hill, which is colorful by hot spring in several places.
The hot spring out with the forms spectacular formation you
will see the most colorful rock and mineral covers that create
a harmony of different colors like rainbow. Overnight camping
in Ahmedila.
DAY 3: Drive to the living Volcano Ertale. ErtaAle means
"smoking mountain” in the local Afar languageThe lava lake on
ErtaAle was recently shown briefly during the 2010 movie Clash
of the Titans during the journey sequence where Perseus
travels to the underworld.Trekk around 3hrs to reach to the
mountain at the top accompanied by your guide, camel drivers,
scout by moon light it seems like foretells. Overnight camping
on the top of the mountain nearby to the volcano.
Day 4: Drive to Meqele on the way visit the thousands of camel
caravan and the rock salt mining. Overnight in Meqele Hil top
hotel
Day5: Drive to Axum and after check-in to the hotel Have a
full day city tour in Axum town one of the world heritage
sites recorded by UNESCO. Here you will visit stale tombs,
which is considered to be probably the oldest monolithic stand
in the world, the church compound of St. Mary of Zion, which
is the seat of the true Moose's Ark of the covenant, the Queen
of Sheba's palace, King Kaleb's and Gebremeskel's palace and
tombs, and Archeological Museum. Overnight stay yeha hotel
Day 6 drive to Simen mountain ( Simen lodge ) on the way enjoy
the stunning views of the mountains in the afternoon walking
around to spot for many Gelada baboons overnight simin lodge.
Day 7 drive Sankaber where you start your trekking in this day
(5-6 hours). On this day on the way we will visit the Ginbar
fall whichdescends 500m to the abysses and the stunning views
of the mountains and a troop of gelada baboons overnight
Camping at Sankaber (3200 m)
Day 8 this day you will to start your trekking to the most
stunning andsuper panorama in the simins at ImetGoGO(3926 m)(
6-7 hrs. walking ).Theland scape really looks like on the
Hollywood film the lord of the ringsthe beautiful landscape
.Here you will see hundreds of Gelada baboons and may be have
a chance to see the Ethiopian wolf , the car will peak us
fromAyenameda then drive to Chenekovernight camping at chenek
3600m above sealevel.
Day 9. On this day you will visit the second highest peak in
the Simins theBuwahitRas 4430m with many endemic WaliyaIbexs
and enjoy the superb landscape. In the late afternoon looking
for the Abyssinian wolves and the lammergeyer’s around our

Day 10 early in the morning drive to Gonder transfer to
airport in the afternoon flight to addis and if we have time
shopping and Traditional dinner in one of best traditional
restaurant with cultural dances and departure.
